Happy with this place, it's a good spot to stay, the views are amazing, and the staff is friendly.

it was huge, comfy and with seaview. the hotel's location was phenomenal, adjacent to an amazing beach, the mountains and the waterfront and very calm and secluded area. the staff was wonderful and super, the service was nice, they shared some useful information.

The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beachfront and so quiet you almost have the beach to yourselves. The hostess is very accommodating and offered a free breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely visit! The room was clean and new, with a spacious bathroom and effective air conditioning. The owner was friendly and helpful, providing slide breads, tea and coffee, as well as free fruits. The place is super close to the beach, with direct access and a beautiful beach view from the shared balcony.

The bed was quite hard and no top-sheet, blanket or doona were provided.

A true gem! Fantastic hostess went above and beyond. Free bread, jam and bananas. Clean and comfortable rooms. Beautiful beach location. Great sense of community. Friendly and helpful dogs. Easy access to restaurants and mini mart.

Waking up to the sound of waves gently lapping the beach was a dream come true. The beach view rooms are definitely worth the extra money, providing a peaceful and picturesque escape. The building itself was modern and spacious, with a fridge in the room for convenience. I loved the shared spaces available for relaxation and the direct access to the beach. Despite a recent storm leaving rubbish on the beach, the area in front of the property was well maintained. The hostess was kind and helpful, ensuring all my needs were met. I also enjoyed the company of the resident dogs who happily accompanied me. The complimentary basic breakfast was a nice touch.

Our stay at Sea Breeze House on Naiplao Beach was fantastic. The location was perfect, right on the beachfront and so peaceful. We loved having the beach practically to ourselves. The hostess was incredibly accommodating, offering a complimentary breakfast and allowing us to store our bags after check-out. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. we had a lovely visit and would highly recommend this hotel.

Drawback: The only downside was that our room was next to the road, so we could hear passing vehicles at night. However, this issue may not exist in the Beach Front rooms.

The former fishing village provided a charming backdrop for our stay, and the beach and surrounding area were absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed snorkeling, diving, and a variety of other activities that were available. Joy, the manager, was exceptional and ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We also appreciated the convenience of having three restaurants within walking distance and a diner right across the road. Sea Breeze House was the perfect place for a relaxing family vacation in a less touristy area.

For families with children, it would be great to have a designated kids' play area on the property.
